At Gillingham School, we recognise the vital role we play in supporting the health and wellbeing of our students. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every young person feels valued and supported.

We actively promote the development of social and emotional skills, helping students build resilience, confidence, and positive relationships. For those who may be struggling or finding it difficult to access the help they need, we offer additional support to ensure no student feels alone.

We believe that mental health matters to everyone, and we are proud to foster a culture where it’s okay to talk, ask for help, and support one another. All staff are here to listen, guide, and stand alongside students throughout their school journey.
