If you’re a current or former Gillingham School pupil heading into further or higher education next academic year, you may be eligible for financial support. If you’re unsure please get in touch to see if you qualify, many students don’t realise they’re eligible.

The Fletcher Enterprise Award
Yvonne Fletcher, a former pupil of The Gillingham School (1969–76) and Metropolitan Police Officer who tragically lost her life on duty in 1984 is remembered through this special award supporting students with ambition, courage and drive.

Gillingham School offers a range of scholarships and bursaries to support students continuing their studies beyond GCSE through Sixth Form and progressing to university, college, or other higher education institutions. These funds can help with the costs of education, including university fees, accommodation, transport, maintenance, books, and specialist equipment. Several of these awards have been established through the generosity of former staff, students, and supporters of the school, creating a lasting legacy that helps future generations follow similar pathways, including careers in fields such as Medicine, Dentistry, and Nursing.
