School Clubs

We have a wide range of extracurricular activity available to students during lunchtime and after school. These activities encourage students to become confident and to interact socially with others; extend their social networks; and provide new skills and abilities.

Above all, they offer a space to have fun and relax away from the pressures of school work.

Student Library Committee (During tutor period- talk to your tutor and come along)

Homework Club (Mon-Thurs 3:20-4:20pm)

Reading Club (Wednesday

Colouring Club (Lunchtime)

Science Club (Lunchtime- 1:40pm-2:15pm)

Snake Club (Lunchtimes, after the October half term. Tutor groups will be invited on Mondays and Fridays)

Chess Club (Lunchtime)

Yoga Club (Tuesday: 7:45am, Thursday 3:30pm)

Textiles Club (Lunchtime)

Drawing Club (Lunchtime)

Games Club (Lunchtime)

Medical Club (Lunchtime: for anyone interested in applying to a medical course at university or is interested in the medical field and recent advancements)

Art Club C8 (Lunchtime Y7)

Equestrian Club (Coordinated in school for training outside of school)

All clubs start at 1:40pm with all abilities welcome.

MAN Choir and various chamber ensembles will run for specific projects at certain times of the year.

Music Tech Club will start in the Spring Term (Feb).

Come along and join in – we have lots of fun and perform in concerts,

as well as taking part in lots of trips.

PE Clubs Years 7-10 (Lunchtime)

Meeting/changing –

  • MPH changing rooms – hockey, dance, basketball, running, badminton, rugby, girls football
  • Gym changing rooms – netball, boys football, handball, cricket, climbing
  • Swimming, meet outside MPH.
